I'm also the person who has tried at least 25 app planners and almost overlooked this one since web based and dodged a bullet but not skipping it.
I've been using it over 2 nonths now and love the layout. I know that certain planners go with certain people based on the dashboard and layout; not everyone likes the same things. I consider myself a planner snob and absolutely love this one. Chef's kiss to the dashboard!! ❤️
The Life Designer 2.0 - Undated Life Planner Binder
I've been a paper planner girlie but I'm a lady now and getting arthritis so writing hurts and I've been avoiding it. Figured whelp, time to go beyond my Gcal in digital planning. I looked at some iPad options using the pdf editing apps but it just wasn't vibing with me. I am pretty sure Facebook saw what I was looking for and gave me an ad for GGC, and after poking around, I thought wow this is really full featured, I'm gonna try it! It's everything I'd hoped it would be. It would take me an hour to explain all the ways it suits my purposes but I'll just give one example for brevity-I use interstitial journaling to help me stay on task, and I use the time block function to start a block every time I start a new file at work, labeled with the file number. When I'm done, I reopen the block to mark the category and give an end time. So I have my time tracked for my timesheet, and knowing that block is ticking away deters me from going off to empty the dishwasher (or something equally unimportant at that moment) mid-file. I also love using the timer to motivate me to get a file done in a shorter time. It's been very useful in my personal life too, I've stuck with my cooking, exercise, and spending goals since I set them up. My cleaning schedule and daily routines are in there. I love checking things off, and I noticed that having the history there keeps me from crashing and burning if I miss a day. It's just one day in a line of checks, I can just start again. Idk why my brain accepts it when I SEE it laid out like it is in this planner.
I'm on a no spend until the weekend but I'm probably going to get the money system then too. This has been so useful and impactful to my life and made me feel so much more capable and efficient after a period of my life where I just did not feel good about what I was doing with my time and energy, so I'm looking forward to seeing what the money system can do for my financial health!
My adhd brain was always looking for a planner system that worked. After 10 years im finally there, a digital planner where i can put in my creativity
I never got my order, I asked you to check it out and I still didn’t hear anything back.
It is good idea, but it does not work so well for cluster teachers who teach across multiple grades maybe planning by grades also~~

Purchased (elsewhere) a pack of monthly diary tabs, would be fab if we could get them from GGC to match though!!
I love everything about this planner! But I would prefer to be able to make the whole class one colour, instead of everything being white and just a strip of colour. It hurts my adhd
I teach mutiple classes that use the same unit and have found the unit planning/lesson organisation features a little clunky. I can't add more than 2 classes to a unit plan and if I try to, it pushes all my lessons back and I have to individually click them to open and clear which is not really time efficient. I would prefer to be able to open the unit and see all the lessons that I've allocated at once. A drag a drop feature would be beneficial too.
I’m training to teach in the UK and this planner is the biggest help I think I’ve had. All the information in one place, hyperlinked, somewhere to keep marks, homework record, reminders. It’s so easy to navigate and I don’t feel like I need loads of different spreadsheets or pieces of paper. It’s fab!
As someone who loves planners, I am absolutely in love with this one. The duality of having your day split into time blocks and to-do’s was something I didn’t know I needed. I would highly recommend this planner!
It’s a good planner and a lot of things are automated which I appreciate. A few gripes.
1. For the grading system, my school uses and A+ to D- scale which the planner can’t accommodate all of so I had to leave some of the options out
2. It’s a bit confusing inputing a course vs a class. I feel like I should have been able to upload the hours for the course when I created it rather than those being two separate steps
3. For assignments, I feel like this section could have better UI. It automatically inputting steps to complete an assignment made retroactively adding my classes that I already took, way more work than it needed to be
4. For some of the numerical grading inputs, they’re sliders with no options to type in the number. There should be a box for this because the sliders can be a bit sensitive
5. The little calendars for inputting dates can be types into but not well. Every time I type a number into them, the first digit is inputted and then it ignores it and just adds a random zero. The current version of this is honestly, pretty garbage and the little calendar for selecting dates should be reworked completely
My planner came with a small dent on the cover. I emailed right away and filled out a form on their website. I haven't heard back, and after emailing three more times, I still haven't received a response. I'm very disappointed. I like the planner, but I was very frustrated since I paid for the $5 shipping insurance along with the around $60 planner.
I don't know why but it felt like I didn't have any room to be me - the pages felt so full there was no room to be me. And it was to busy for my ADHD brain. I gave it to a friend.
It’s is really hard for me to start or finish something, but with this I can be able to see when my assignments will be due in days. By showing me the ones that need to be prioritized, it pushes me to start because I can see how close it is to the due date. Moreover, I can actually see my grade after every assignment and exam, which helps me see what I need to improve for a better grade afterwards. I really am in love with this planner, it helps me a lot in keeping track with my schoolwork and everything🩷🩷🩷
I love this planner and have been using it for 3 years now. The set up is efficient and convenient to use.

This app has been a game changer for me this school year! I have 9 college classes this semester that i'm taking, all of which have very strict deadlines and no wiggle room since all the classes have projects related to my 3d animated short film for my capstone project. Since i have adhd i tend to gravitate towards the subject i actually like doing rather than the highest priority and this app has visualized everything and what I need to do next! So far I've been completing assignments before everyone else and it's made the semester so much less stressful than it would be otherwise! I've also been able to focus better since i know when the next thing is due and can plan my schedule accordingly! Overall this is the best productivity app i've ever used and I've used it consistently (unlike everything else that i've gotten and used for 3 days and never again)
I thought I would like this planner more.. It was advertised well, I'll give them that. I just didn't fit into my schedule and didn't have the right features for my schoolwork. I wish they would give you a trial run before paying $30.
For the price I thought it would be great and now the edges turned black just by being in my bag while all the rest of my notebooks (white) are fine and have nothing on it. It feels like it’s desintegrating.
Really unhappy with the planner. The binder is very poor quality , the paper is very bad quality. I bought extras to go without and spent a lot of money on it. I emailed customer service twice and no reply. I ended up buying a different planner for €15 in a well
Known shop & I am now using that instead. Would not recommend this product at all.
