Sound familiar

Organised in theory. Drowning in practice.

You are not disorganised. You are running a whole degree across five apps that do not talk to each other.

01
Your deadlines live in five places A paper planner, your Notes app, three group chats and the portal. One of them always slips, and it is never the small one.
02
You have no idea what you are averaging Not until results land. By then the grade is decided and there is nothing left to do about it.
03
Revision is guesswork You revise what feels nice, not what is actually weak. So the weak stays weak, right up until the exam.

The one minute set up

Import your timetable. The whole term appears.

Download the timetable file from your university, drop it in, and every lecture, lab and seminar lands in the right slot. Colour-coded by subject, with rooms and lecturers already filled in.

No typing it all out on a Sunday night. Most planners die in the setup, this one is done before your coffee goes cold, and you only ever do it once.

One file, and the term builds itself

Every morning

Open it once, and today is answered.

Your next class and the room it is in. What is due and how long you have. Your one goal for the day. No scrolling, no five apps, no lying awake wondering what you have forgotten.

Hear a deadline in a lecture? Tap the +, type it, done. It files itself as a task, a deadline or a note, so you can stop holding your whole degree in your head.

The part that changes everything

It does the maths.

Every other planner is somewhere to write things down. This one tells you where you actually stand, and what you need next, while you can still do something about it.

Illustrative. In the app it uses your real modules and their weights.

01
Your live average Every module, worked out from your real marks and their weights. You know where you stand months before results, while you can still move the number.
02
The what-if simulator The one that answers "what do I need on this final?". Drag your remaining coursework and exams, and watch the projected grade move in real time.
03
Exam readiness Countdowns, room and time, and a readiness level pulled from your own revision confidence. No more finding out you are behind the night before.

Everything else it does

The bits you will actually use.

Not a feature list. The four screens you will open every week.

Assignments that start themselves
Assignments that start themselves Every assignment ships with steps, so "write essay" becomes six things you can actually begin. The bar only moves when you tick one.
Exams you can see coming
Exams you can see coming Countdown, room and time, and a readiness level pulled from your own revision. No more finding out you are behind the night before.
Hours you actually did
Hours you actually did Every focus session logs itself, so your week is real numbers, not a vibe. Empty days stay empty, we do not invent them.
Mood, sleep and energy
Mood, sleep and energy Logged in five seconds, sat next to your grades because they are related. Private to you, and no guilt on a bad week.

Also in there: quick capture, notes per module, a free block finder that reads the real gaps in your week, a reading tracker, goals, reminders, a month calendar, and a one tap start to a new term.

The bit that actually gets you the grade

Revise the weak stuff, not the nice stuff.

Build a deck per subject and study it anywhere, the queue, the bus, the ten minutes before a seminar. Rate each card and the ones you keep fluffing come back around until they stick.

Decks per subject, made in seconds
Rate every topic weak, okay or confident
Your weakest topics feed your exam readiness
This is the bit that quietly moves your average. You stop revising what feels nice and start revising what is actually costing you marks.

Questions

The things you are probably wondering.

No. Open the link, tap add to home screen, and it sits with your other apps. No app store, no updates to install, nothing eating your storage.
Yes. Same login on both, always in sync. Most students set it up on a laptop and then live in it on their phone.
They do different jobs. Paper is for thinking and for your life. This is for the deadlines and the maths, the bits paper cannot do. Plenty of students use both, which is exactly how we use them.
Yes. Everything is locked to your own account and nobody else can see it, including us in any way that matters. You can export or delete the lot whenever you want.
That is usually the setup's fault, not yours. This one fills itself in from your timetable and gives you one screen in the morning. There is no system to maintain, so there is nothing to fall behind on. Skip a week and it is still right when you come back.
Not directly, and we would rather be straight with you than oversell it. You import your timetable file, which takes about a minute, and you enter your own marks. Nothing is pulled from your uni and nothing of yours is sent to them.

One last thing

Open one thing, know what today needs.

Set it up in a minute, then spend the rest of term knowing exactly where you stand.
